Is the Signature Style package in person or online?
It is a mixture of both. During our initial conversation, we will discuss your location, availability and the benefits of the different ways of delivering the service. The Signature Style is all about you. All sessions are worked out to suit your timetable.
How does personal shopping work?
You will be provided with mood boards and recommendations following the your wardrobe edit. You are responsible for placing any orders and paying for purchases as a result of the personal shop. You are also responsible for any returns, exchanges and refunds.
What happens to any items that are taken out of my wardrobe during the wardrobe edit?
The items remain in your possession. We will agree what items will be recycled, donated, or sold, and you will be responsible for taking the relevant action.
